Glasgow

I’ve been living in Glasgow for the past 10 years, but only recently have I truly started exploring the city. When people new to Glasgow would ask me, “Where are the best places to go?” I’d often find myself at a loss, simply because I genuinely hadn’t ventured out much—especially in the years following my university graduation. But now, I’m beginning to appreciate the beauty and charm of this city.

There’s a saying: “People Make Glasgow”, and I’ve come to see just how true that is. Glaswegians are some of the nicest and funniest people I’ve met, and their warm, welcoming nature makes this city feel like home. I also love their accent, and their way of life is so different from the social and cultural background I come from. Through my recent explorations, I’ve found some incredible spots that I wish I had discovered earlier. This guide is my way of sharing those experiences with you.
